We’ve resisted for a several years, but our wholesale parts and fabrication costs have been increasing relentlessly. Some of our key parts, such as the terminal blocks for attaching wires to boards, have increased as much as 70% since 2022. Through yesterday, January 31, 2025, we were also paying a 10% tariff on many parts on top of the wholesale price increases. We don’t yet know how much more tariffs may rise, or what parts will be affected.
We are dedicate to keeping our products reasonably priced and have undertaken several strategies to manage our costs. However, we’ve reached point where we have to adjust our base pricing to reflect reality.
Accordingly, effective March 1 2025 our base prices will increase 15% across the product line. Discounts for multiple unit purchases will remain unchanged which should help mitigate these necessary price increases.
We value our loyal customers. We take this action reluctantly but the circumstances are beyond our control. Current pricing will be valid through February 28, 2025.
