The kit includes one <a href=\"https:\/\/beaglebay.com\/duinogear\/product\/block-sensor-interface-module\/\">DNCTA<\/a> interface and two <a href=\"https:\/\/beaglebay.com\/duinogear\/product\/block-feeder-sensor-module\/\">DNCT2B<\/a> Block Feeder\/Sensor modules. BOD works with most rail-powered model train systems, including DC* and DCC. Add up to two additional <a href=\"https:\/\/beaglebay.com\/duinogear\/product\/block-feeder-sensor-module\/\">DNCT2B<\/a> Block Feeder\/Sensor modules for a maximum of 8 blocks monitored by a single Client node.<\/p>\n<p>Adding BOD to your layout enables full featured ABS signaling based on occupancy and turnout status.\u00a0 Other animated objects, such as crossings, are easily triggered based on occupancy, and can have multiple levels of activation based on train proximity.<\/p>\n<p>The DNCT2B Feeder\/Sensor board serves block feeders in pairs. The boards should be placed near track feeders, which are directly attached to the boards. Connect the board to the main rail power bus and you are ready to go. Using the Configurator App, detect the hardware and enable block occupancy detection on the node. LCOS does the rest!<\/p>\n<p>The BOD system can detect loads as small as a pair of 10k resistor wheelsets, a car with lighting, or a DCC locomotive idling with no lights\u00a0 on.<\/p>\n<p>*To work with DC, requires half-wave DC or pwm speed control.
